CrownPetCare provides pet health intelligence including disease alerts, food recall notifications, global pet laws, and upcoming pet events. Content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription at $2.99/month, billed through Stripe. By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

Content on CrownPetCare is for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian with any questions you may have regarding your pet's health.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CrownPetCare — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of CrownPetCare and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the service without permission
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

8. Limitation of Liability

CrownPetCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
